Sustainability Montiroting performs ESG analytics on the basis of “Open Era” data, which contains ESG data of Russian companies for more than 15 years. The database is continuously updated and enriched with data directly from companies as well as from open sources.

Julia Shulga
Julia has more than 14 years of experience working in IT and the media industry for RBC, the United company “Afisha-Rambler”, and Yandex.
From 2019 to 2020 Julia worked as Managing Director of the Moscow Center for Urban Studies. Julia is an expert in sustainable development, strategic management, and industrial transition. Since 2014, Julia has been included in the TOP 1000 Russian Managers list.
Berend Sauer
Berend is an environmental economist with an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Berend works for venture capital impact fund, Phase2.Earth, where he integrates environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria into the investment decision-making process. He has also worked at the Global Centre on Adaptation (GCA) in climate adaptation finance.
Gleb Zhukov
Gleb is an expert in ESG investment and finance. He achieved his BSc at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and his MBA at ESADE.
Gleb completed the 2021 CFA ESG Certificate. Gleb’s professional experience includes Hanaco VC, an Israeli venture capital fund, Kola Reserve, a premium tourism destination in the North of Russia, and BJF, where he worked in retail banking.
Olga Filippova
Olga has been leading various research centers and agencies for more than 7 years.
Olga headed RBC Market Research, a research center of the Moscow Center for Urban Studies. The center carried out large-scale research projects and social surveys. Olga has 10+ years experience in financial and business analysis.
Derk Sauer
Derk is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Sustainability Monitoring Russia. Sauer began his career as an editor, correspondent and reporter for various magazines.
In 1979, he became editor-in-chief of Nieuwe Revu magazine. In 1989 he moved to Russia, where he founded the company Independent Media. In Russia, Sauer launched numerous brands such as as Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Esquire, Men’s Health, Vedomosti newspaper, The Moscow Times, etc. From 2012 to 2015 he was the President of the media holding RBC.
Alyona Kiselik
Alyona is an expert on non-financial reporting of companies in accordance with GRI, TCFD and CDP.
Owns methods for calculating the carbon footprint of products based on the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. He specializes in assessing the environmental impact of large industrial enterprises and the social aspects of doing business in Russia. Leads a group of industry analysts.
Alexander Martynov
Alexander is a specialist in the field of environmental and economic research, an expert in sustainable development.
Candidate of Biological Sciences, author of more than 150 scientific papers. Founder of the independent environmental and energy agency “Era”. Worked at Interfax, the Institute for Nature Protection. He was trained at the World Bank Institute on the course “Economic Analysis of Ecosystem Services”.
